I'm Gracie (Grace, really).

 

A foodie in the South West & queen of tiramisu.

I've grown up in a food-obsessed family, meaning my love affair with the kitchen has been cultivated over 3 decades.  I don't understand people who eat for fuel rather than pleasure. Food, to me, is the thing that connects us. As friends, family, human beings. The most special thing is to have a dinner table full of laughter, wine and good food.

Professionally, my journey with food started 4 years ago in a food marketing job. Here I learnt about content creation and eventually became chief recipe developer and food stylist, which was the most fun!

My last supper would go something like this:

A vodka martini aperitif.

Crab linguine, specifically the one at The Mote in Port Isaac.

To finish, a perfect crème brûlée.
